A: You can change it during the checkout process.

Shipping and Processing Charges
Q: How are items shipped?
A: Art Glass Cabinets normally ships orders via UPS. For faster delivery most items can be shipped via second day air for an additional charge. During online checkout you will be provided with shipping options and charges.

Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: Standard Ground, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select Delivery is available for most items. The charge for each delivery is based on order weight and destination. During the checkout process you will be given these shipping options (if applicable) and the appropriate charges.

Q: What if an item is backordered?
A: A member of Art Glass Cabinets will contact you.

Note: Backordered items will not be charged any additional shipping.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: All orders will be processed on the next business day and shipped from Tampa, Florida. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: If you have questions on the status your order please Contact Art Glass Cabinets. Once your order has been processed by UPS you will receive an e-mail confirmation from Art Glass Cabinets.

Q: Do I have to be present when an item is delivered?
A: Art Glass Cabinets does not require a signature at the time of delivery. It is up to the discretion of the shipping company to determine if the package can be left without a signature. If the shipping company requires a signature, they will leave a notice with delivery options and instructions.

Q: What if my item appears damaged from shipping?
A: ArtGlassCabinets takes every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you safely. Our staff is trained in the proper packing and shipping of art glass and has safely shipped thousands of glass sheets across the nation. Even with all our precautions, however, occasionally damage does occur in shipping. If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping (i.e. box is dented), notify the carrier immediately. Do not return the damaged merchandise - the carrier will determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers. Notify Art Glass Cabinets of the damage and we will promptly ship replacement merchandise. Q: What if it appears I'm missing items from my order?
A: Check the items received against those on the packing slip. If your order was shipped in more than one box, the box will be numbered on the label, (for example, as "1 of 2" and "2 of 2.") Allow an extra business day for multiple box shipments to arrive. If you have thoroughly checked the packaging of the box and cannot find the item listed on the packing slip please contact Art Glass Cabinets and the missing items will be shipped immediately.
