Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the custom cuts required for each order, Art Glass Cabinets can not support product returns.

Q: What if my item appears damaged from shipping?
A: Art Glass Cabinets takes every precaution to insure your items arrive to you safely. Our staff is trained in the proper packing and shipping of art glass and has safely shipped thousands of glass sheets across the nation.

Even with all our precautions, however, occasionally damage does occur in shipping. If you receive an item that appears damaged from shipping (ex: box is dented), notify the carrier immediately (UPS, U.S. Post Office or trucking company). Do not return the damaged merchandise - the carrier will determine if they need to see the condition of the box at the delivery site. Keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers. Notify Art Glass Cabinets of the damage and we will promptly ship replacement merchandise. Q: What if it appears I'm missing items from my order?
A: Check the items received against those on the packing slip. If your order was shipped in more than one box, the box will be numbered on the label, for example, as "1 of 2" and "2 of 2." Allow an extra business day for multiple box shipments to arrive. If you have thoroughly checked the packaging of the box and can not find the item listed on the packing slip, please contact Art Glass Cabinets and the missing items will be shipped immediately.
